A small Redcliffe salon for women who'd rather sit longer and leave with the right hair. Gentle colour, lived-in finishes, no production-line energy.
Gather and Glow opened on Sutton Street because Redcliffe was missing something. A real salon. Soft music, a real coffee, a stylist who looks at your hair before they touch it.
We're not anti-trend. We just don't push them onto people. The work is honest — colour that suits your skin, cuts that grow out gently, products that don't punish your scalp.
"You'll sit here for three hours and feel like you've had a morning off."
If you've moved to the peninsula or your last salon felt like a conveyor belt, this is a quieter chair.
A short menu. Each appointment includes a free consult, a bond-builder treatment, and a finishing style. Pricing is from — your real quote comes after we look at your hair.
Hand-painted lift through the mids and ends. Toned, glossed, and dry-cut to finish. Allow 4 hours.
Classic foiling for brightness or a fuller change. Bond-builder and toning included.
Dry consult, wet cut, dry finish. Built around how your hair actually sits when you walk out.
A 60-minute reset between full colours. Brass killers, tonal corrections, shine.
Olaplex, K18 and Davines in-salon. Add to any service or book on its own as a quick top-up.
Quiet-Sunday bookings, trial included. Two-stylist package available for bridal parties.
Gather and Glow is run by a small team out of the Sutton Street shopfront in Redcliffe. We trained in Brisbane salons through our twenties and opened our own room because we wanted the pace to slow down.
Every appointment gets a 10-minute consult before the cape goes on. We won't talk you into a colour your skin won't love or a cut that needs a 90-minute morning routine. Honest hair, gently done.
99 five-and-four-star Google reviews and counting. Most clients come weekly through word of mouth — usually from a friend who's just moved to the area.
"Best balayage I've had on the peninsula. Took her time, never rushed, and my hair has grown out so beautifully I haven't needed a touch-up for nearly four months."— Steph · Redcliffe
"Quiet, warm, and the coffee is actually good. Walked out with a cut that finally suits my face. Will not be going back to the Westfield chains."— Jess · Margate
"They listen properly. I asked for soft and got soft. No upsells, no surprises at the till. The bond builder treatment is worth every dollar."— Lauren · Clontarf
