Kira opened the studio because Redcliffe deserved a chair that didn't feel like an assembly line. Quiet music, a real coffee, time enough to do the work properly.

I trained in Brisbane salons through my early twenties, then took a long way around through luxury studio work before opening Kira Jane out of the Jetty Arcade in 2023.
Most of what I do is colour — soft balayage, gloss work, and the slow corrective work that makes regrowth disappear. The cuts are second nature by now. The extensions side is invitation-only for clients I've already coloured.
